EASTER HAMS order form
Pick up for Easter ham orders will be on Saturday, April 19th between 3 and 7pm. All ham orders will need to be placed by 4pm Thursday, April 17th. Hams will be cold and ready to reheat. If you would like your ham hot, please let us know.

We are quickly becoming known for our signature prime briskets. We can only cook so many in a day, though, which means if you want brisket, come early. We sell out everyday! We are the only authentic smokehouse in the area, and our meats are smoked fresh daily on 100 percent wood fired pits. True handcrafted BBQ, by a true pitmaster!

*We try not to sell out but we often do. We can only smoke so much meat in a day. When we sell out, that’s it for the day. It takes 14-16 hours to smoke our meats.
